#5. Information from Third Parties
We may receive limited information from third parties when necessary to provide and improve the App.
#5.1 App Stores and Platforms
The App may be distributed through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or other app distribution platforms. These platforms may provide us with limited technical, regional, diagnostic, crash, review, or store-related information.

#7. Legal Bases for Processing
If you are located in a jurisdiction where a legal basis is required for processing personal information, such as the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we process personal information based on one or more of the following legal bases:
- performance of a contract, where processing is necessary to provide the App you request;
legitimate interests, such as improving the App, ensuring security, preventing fraud, responding to inquiries, and maintaining service functionality;
- consent, where required by law, including for personalized advertising, app tracking permission, or certain device permissions;
- compliance with legal obligations, such as consumer protection, platform, legal request, tax, or accounting obligations.
Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw your consent at any time through your device settings, in-app privacy settings where available, platform settings, or by contacting us. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before withdrawal.
#8. Advertising
The App may include advertisements provided by third-party advertising networks, including Google AdMob or other advertising partners.
Advertising partners may collect or process information from your device to:
- show advertisements;
- provide rewarded advertisements;
- measure ad performance;
- prevent fraud and invalid traffic;
- limit ad frequency;
- provide contextual or personalized advertisements, where permitted by law and your choices.
Depending on your region and device settings, you may be asked for consent before personalized advertising or tracking is enabled. If you decline or withdraw consent, you may still see advertisements, but they may be less relevant to your interests.
- You can manage certain advertising preferences through your device settings, including:
- limiting ad tracking;
- resetting your advertising identifier;
- disabling personalized ads;
- managing App Tracking Transparency permission on iOS;
- changing Google advertising settings on Android.
Third-party advertising partners process information under their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of the advertising partners and platforms used in the App.
#9. App Tracking Transparency and Advertising Identifiers
On iOS, the App may request permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework before accessing the advertising identifier or engaging in tracking as defined by Apple.
If you allow tracking, advertising partners may use your advertising identifier and related information to provide more relevant advertisements, measure advertising performance, and prevent fraud.
If you decline tracking or later disable permission in your device settings, the App may still display advertisements, but they may be contextual or less personalized.
On Android, advertising identifiers and personalized advertising settings may be controlled through your Google or device settings.
#10. Local Storage and Similar Technologies
The App may use local storage, browser storage, device storage, or similar technologies to store information necessary for the App to function.
Such information may include:

- saved game state;
- sound and BGM settings;
- color and display preferences;
- advertisement-related counters;
- rewarded advertisement status;
- ATT-related handled status;
- temporary technical data;
- user preferences.
These technologies help us provide game continuity, improve user experience, remember settings, and maintain service functionality.
You may be able to delete locally stored information by clearing app data, clearing browser storage, deleting the App, or using device settings. However, doing so may reset your progress, settings, or other game data.
#11. Push Notifications
The App currently does not require push notifications for normal gameplay.
If push notifications are introduced in the future, we may ask for your permission before sending notifications. Notifications may include service updates, gameplay reminders, event information, or other app-related messages.
You can disable push notifications at any time through your device settings.
